Due to the nature of our services — including LLC formation, EIN application, trademark registration, website setup, and related filings — we do not offer refunds once a service has been processed or submitted to government authorities or third-party providers.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Before Processing Starts)

You may be eligible for a partial refund only if your order has not yet been initiated.
To request cancellation:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We will confirm whether your service has been processed.

If the filing or service has already started, no refund can be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Government fees (e.g., state filing charges, EIN, taxes)
  • Services that require manual processing (e.g., address registration, seller permit)
  • Express services or add-ons once scheduled or initiated

4. Mistake or Duplicate Order

If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us within 24 hours.
We will issue a refund for the duplicate if no work has started.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in account suspension and loss of service access.
